Facial Toner

Product Introduction:

Toner is a fast-penetrating liquid that provides the skin with moisture for the first time after cleansing.  Allows the skin to quickly absorb nutrients. However, some toners contain alcohol, which in some way refreshes your skin and temporarily removes oil.  

Long-term use of alcohol in this toner will cause dry and sensitive skin.
